In nature, the strong survive, and the weak perish. This is also true in the sexual marketplace.

WEAK MEN STAY SINGLE AND DIE ALONE.

A woman can sense weakness in a man - just like a shark can smell blood.

Women are DISGUSTED by weak men. Just like confidence attract beautiful women, weakness repulses them.

Women are biologically primed to detect and mate with strong men.
Women are also biologically primed to avoid insecure and weak men like the Bubonic Plague.

As an Alpha Male, every day you must strive to LIVE WITH STRENGTH - regardless of whether you are in the presence of women or not in the presence of women. BE STRONG. DOMINATE EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO. How you treat one area of your life is how you approach all areas of your life.

What is internal strength?

Knowing that you want and going after it - shamelessly and aggressively. Be a man on a mission. E.g. waking up at 6AM every morning to ATTACK YOUR DAILY GOALS.
Being assertive, being clear about what you want, and stating it plainly - without shame or guilt. Be comfortable with going for what you want. This means not feeling shame when it comes to going for sex, and conveying a SEXUAL INTENT.
Having STRONG, and CLEAR BOUNDARIES about the kinds of behaviors that you will not accept from women. Strong men don't tolerate BS. Only a man with poor self-esteem would tolerate being unfairly treated by others.
Having a healthy self-esteem, and positive self-image. See yourself as "THE BOSS." How you see yourself is how others will come to see you.
Having SEXUAL CONFIDENCE. OWN YOUR SEXUALITY. This means NOT being embarrassed about your shalong and NOT exuding sexual shame. If you are embarrassed about your sexual desires then on some level you are conveying that you are unworthy.
Having a loud, dominant and powerful voice.
BEING FEARLESS of beautiful women and high status men. You do NOT have social anxiety around beautiful women because you are self-assured, and you couldn't care less if they don't like you. You KNOW you have options. You KNOW you have Walk Away Power.

A woman considers your lifestyle before she decides if she wants to be your girlfriend. This is because as your sexual partner, she will have to be a part of your lifestyle. So you must ponder "What is an EPIC LIFESTYLE that a woman would want to be a part of?"

What is the ALPHA MALE LIFESTLYE?

Having GOALS and an AGENDA - without shame. Strong men are ambitious. They don't just go through life mindlessly. They SET GOALS and TACKLE THEM WITH FULL FORCE!
PUSH YOURSELF HARDER towards your life mission. A man of high value is one who is pursuing his dreams and achieving great things in society. A man who dedicates all his time to picking up and seducing women is seen as pathetic.

When you have a strong sense of direction, a healthy self-esteem, and a positive self-image then you will naturally exude the SEXY CONFIDENCE that women cannot get enough of.

If you believe in yourself, women will naturally believe in you. This is because a woman is hardwired to accept a stronger frame as reality.

We live in a society that encourages weakness in men. As a child, you may have gotten scolded by overprotective parents the moment you stood up for yourself. You may have had teachers that were scared when you exuded some level of assertiveness. As a result, you grew up believing that being "weak" is "good" because it's "part of being a gentleman."

The truth is that no one respects a weak man. The weak guy doesn't even respect himself. A weak man gets stepped on like a filthy doormat by everyone around him - including men.

The weak man lacks a spine to:

clearly communicate what he wants,
to stand up for himself,
to set boundaries/be clear about what he doesn't want,
go after what he wants on a social and sexual realm,
convey sexual intent, and
speak with loud, dominant tonality.

A weak man will tolerate being treated poorly by a woman. As a result the woman will come to see him as being low worth (because she backwards rationalizes it). Her unconscious mind concludes "If he puts up with poor behavior then that's because that is what he deserves."

Many men have lusts and sexual desires. But they don't take any concrete action to turn those desires into a reality. This is due to the fact that on an unconscious level they have given into fear. They are a slave to fear and they don't even realize it. They are TRAPPED INSIDE THE CONFINES OF THEIR OWN MIND by their perceptions of their own limitations. If you believe that you are limited in some capacity then you will be. Beliefs about yourself and what you can do become self-fulling prophecies.

LAW #001 of The Alpha Relationship: EVERY DAY, LEAD WITH STRENGTH.

The most important law of having an Alpha Male Relationship is to understand that as a man it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LEAD.

When you lead, you convey an intense self-belief in yourself and your ability to HANDLE YOURSELF.

On an unconscious level, a woman understands that if you can take care of yourself then you can take care of her.
Likewise, if you can't even take care of yourself then how you can take care of her and possibly offspring from her.

If you:

dress like a SLOB,
you're ungroomed,
you're not physically fit,
your car looks like it was hit by a tornado,

a woman will assume that you cannot take care of yourself and by extension you lack the potential to take care of her.

When you lead, you trigger one a woman's primal attraction detection mechanisms: a PRIMAL ATTRACTION to displays of dominance and protectiveness. Women are attracted to dominant men who have the capacity to take care of them - if a situation arises where this becomes necessary.

The protectiveness should not come from a position of insecurity, obsessiveness, jealousy, or about creating a scene. It comes from being a MASCULINE MAN who HANDLES THINGS.

Remember, my son. YOU ARE A STRONG MASCULINE MAN WHO HANDLES THINGS.

Why is leading important?
Because it signals another attractive quality and that is AMBITION. You care about yourself and where you are heading. You are PROACTIVE in getting things done. The opposite of leading is a trait that is associated with weak, overly nice men who wait for things to happen - instead of MAING THINGS HAPPEN.

Develop internal strength every day by being clear about what you want out of life and CRUSHING IT EVERYDAY.
